THE PROCESS 

1. Initial Consultation:

• The process usually begins with an initial consultation where the client and designer meet to discuss project goals, expectations, and budget.

• During this meeting, the designer may ask about the client's lifestyle, preferences, and any specific requirements.

• Once the discussion is done we would take a minimal token advance to start the work.

2. Needs Assessment:

• The designer conducts a thorough needs assessment, including evaluating the space, taking measurements, and identifying any architectural or structural considerations.

3. Concept Development:

• Based on the client's input and needs, the designer creates an initial concept or design proposal that outlines the overall vision for the project. This may include sketches and 3D renderings.

4. Budget Planning:

• Affluent interior designers often work closely with the client to establish a detailed budget that covers design fees, furnishings, materials, labour, and any other project-related expenses(Depending upon the package).

5. Design Development:

• Once the concept is approved, the designer refines and develops the design plan. This involves selecting colour schemes, materials, furniture, lighting, and other elements that align with the vision. Depending upon the package if your going ahead with service 1, Once all the revisions are done and the designs are finalised we will provide you with 2D, 3D, technical drawings, renders along with Kitchen's electrical and plumbing drawings. If you choose rest of the services then the procedure is different, please feel free to discuss it during the meeting as all the detailing's can't be mentioned on the website.

6. Customization:

• Affluent designers may create custom furniture, woodworks, accessories, raw materials, and finishes tailored to the client's preferences and the project's design concept.

7. Procurement:

• The designer handles the procurement of furnishings, décor, and materials, often sourcing unique and very durable pieces from trustworthy suppliers and artisans.

8. Project Management:

• Affluent designers typically provide comprehensive project management services. In Service No.4, we oversee construction, renovation, and installation, ensuring that the design vision is executed to perfection.

9. Quality Control:

• The designer assigned, ensures that all work and materials meet the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.

10. Styling and Decoration:

• After the construction and installation phases are complete, the designer focuses on styling and decorating the space, adding finishing touches that enhance the overall aesthetics in Service No.4.

11.  Client Review and Approval:

• The client reviews the completed project and provides feedback. Any necessary adjustments are made to ensure the client's satisfaction.

12. Project Completion: 

• Upon client approval and final walkthrough, the project is considered complete. Hence the final payment will be taken and all the drawings will be handed over to the client in service No.1 & No.2 And in No.3 & No.4 Once the whole project is executed and project is ready to move then the project is completed.  All necessary documentation, including warranties and maintenance instructions, is provided.

13. Post-Project Support:

•  We offer post-project support, including maintenance and assistance with any future design needs the client may have.
